Radovan Karadzic, leader of the Bosnian Serb nationalist party - The Serbian Democratic Party - is greeted by a leading supporter on his arrival at an election rally in Gorazde, Eastern Bosnia during the 1990 election. Serbs were a minority in Gorazde but they tried, unsuccessfully ethnic cleansing for the town during the civil war.
