Rioting, The Bogside, Derry, Northern Ireland 1979, prior to the Annual Londonderry Apprentice Boys parade. A bus is highjacked and set on fire as rioting starts by a large group of catholic nationalist youths, who take to the streets at the Little Diamond junction in the Bogside of Derry after the unionists celebrated the Apprentice Boys parade on 12 August to commemorate the Protestant victory over the Catholics in the Siege of Derry in 1689. - David Mansell - 1979-08-11
