Redcroft, one of 10 empty and semi-derelict mansions in The Bishops Avenue in north London, sold by the Saudi royal family to the LJ Capital investment fund in 2013 for £73 million. Many other mansions in the street, also known as Billionaire's Row, have been left vacant by their mostly overseas owners.
