New Mexico, USA: Drought. 93% empty Elephant Butte reservoir on the Rio Grande. Supplying water for southern New Mexico and western Texas it is only 7% full due to the drought in the southwestern United States. When the reservoir was full the roof of the building was 20-30 feet below the surface.
